The ONYX Series are the latest generation of Rework Systems from Zevac handling components from 70 mm2 to 01005 with micron accuracy. All have precision force sensing, component/board cooling, air/nitrogen capability, near zero calibration and maintenance requirements.
The AT-GDP is a lower cost yet fully functional, semi-automatic SMD/BGA Rework System.
